New Year Plan
Going into the New Year with a plan. For ease and community support Janelle and I decided the 800g challenge is a great way to start that plan. It is a great way to get lots of great micro-nutrients into your body without forcing you to take anything away from your current diet. Thats right, all we are asking you to do is add 800grams of fruits and vegetables a day. It is a building block or a step in the correct direction. Below is a great summary from E.C.
