General Expectations for the Seminar:
  • Learn the proper way to mobilize your hips and forearms for squatting
  • Learn preWOD and postWOD tips for squat mobility health
  • Wear workout/stretchy clothes because we will be moving & grooving the entire time
  • There will be a sign up sheet at the front desk
  • Members from other gyms welcomed, so invite your friends
